Strongly inspired by traditional Indian yoga, Acroyoga® is an acrobatic, dynamic, but also dreamlike discipline. It invites sharing, self-acceptance and trust in others. So hang in there.
Dress: Soft clothing, close to the body. Slippers or socks.
Accessibility: Within everyone's reach, from the moment you can walk.
