When we are all ready, Melanie shares a "flow", a sequence of postures adapted to each level.

Then free practice, everyone has their experience as they wish with whomever they wish: partner yoga, L-base, or body care. The freedom to move in the comfortable and secure setting of the studio. All with a participatory buffet where we all bring healthy, vegan snacks and delicious drinks (without alchool).

The principle of these Acroyoga Community Jam: the pleasure of being in the community to practice and to share a convivial evening with the participatory buffet.
